March 2022

Our March 2022 Service Questionnaire gave further reassuring feedback that Segal Gardens maintains standards and a commitment that remains after 22 years of proud service.

Responsive – 95%

This is collated from staff, family and professionals which we feel illustrates a wide breadth of experience and also roles.

‘I have no concerns at all, it is a very well run care home the management and staff are very polite and caring. Through the pandemic they have kept clients safe which has been very hard they all deserve 100 per cent praise 👏’

‘both staff and management are working together to make the site COVID free, and to make sure there is little obstruction to the lives of the residents/staff.’

‘I believe that Segal Gardens is a nice place to work, as part of the health and social care industry. I believe the staff have a lot to offer when it comes to: support , knowledge of residents (care plans, risk assessments etc)’

We recently conducted staff awareness into what is important in their role and consider what they actually compliment and the importance of their role. Here is some of their feedback which we feel illustrates the ethos and commitment of our staff and our service.

knowing that all their personal needs are being met and done so respectfully, health needs are monitored, and that their day’s are made up of activities they enjoyed with independence promoted, and that they never feel isolated and always someone there they can talk to.’

RE PANDEMIC – ‘HWCGS Care have done everything in their power to keep our loved ones safe and nothing is too much trouble for management and staff. Phone calls every week on the activities they have done and how my daughter has done during the week.
