20 years of service
We are thrilled to celebrate our 20th year of service and the wonderful memories we have shared with so many over the years. It is fair to say that 20 years has flown by and we cannot begin to thank so many people who were with us at the very start or played a part in our story of the last two decades. We were planning a celebration open day for May 2020 but the coronavirus pandemic has put that on hold for now but this will be happening as soon as we are able. In the meantime we plan to have our own ‘social distancing’ party within our service and hope you can take a look when our images are uploaded. So, once again thank you and here is to 20 years more 🙂
We would like to share this lovely photograph of Charlie sent to us by our staff member Chloe. Charlie arrived safely on the 30th January 2020 and is already keeping his mum busy. Congratulations to Chloe and the family.
We are thrilled to announce our first Family forum meeting has taken place and it was a great success. Thanks to all families for attending. It is a way to come together and talk about our service. Working together for all.
Raven Room Evenings
We are so excited to commence our Raven Room Evenings for our residents and staff. It is the opportunity for social opportunities, The physical, emotional and mental wellbeing of our residents is important to us. We follow a model of Involved Assistance which believes every day has a new opportunity to experience, learn and connect. It can make it easier to cope when things are difficult and gives us all a sense of identity.
We aim to run a range of social evenings, pamper parties and general get-togethers for residents and also provide a parents forum.
